Sending eGift Cards

When will I be charged for the OLK9 eGift Card?

Your eGift Card amount will be charged when you place your order.

When are eGift Cards sent to recipients?

eGift Cards will typically be sent to your recipient within one hour of checkout.

What should I do if my recipient hasn’t received their eGift Card?

Ask your recipient to check their spam folder for an eGift Card email from Off Leash K9 Training. You may also call the location where you purchased the Gift Card and we will more than happy to help!

I accidentally sent my eGift Card to the wrong email address.

Redeeming eGift Cards

Where can I use my Off Leash K9 Training Digital e-Gift Card?

You may ONLY use your gift card and the OLK9 location where the Gift Card was Purchased.

What if my eGift Card doesn’t cover the full amount of my training package?

Enter your Gift Card number in the Coupon Code field at Checkout. If there is a remaining balance due, you may pay for the balance with another method of payment.

I have an OLK9 eGift Card but cannot find my eGift Card number.

Please call the location where you purchased the Gift Card and we can attempt to recover the information for you.

Are there any fees for OLK9 eGift Cards?

No. 🙂

Do OLK9 eGift Cards expire?

OLK9 eGift Cards have no expiration date.
